These exclusive pieces are handmade by expert Colombian goldsmiths using the lost wax technique. They are made of 925 silver and plated in 24 karat gold.
Much of Colombia's cultural heritage comes from the pre-Columbian cultures, which used gold as the main support for their symbolic representations of animals, which were associated with symbolism.

This product is composed by bracelet + charm in 925 silver and plated in 24 karat gold.
To preserve its brightness, we recommend you to avoid wearing it during activities such as:
- Sport, water activities (swimming pool, sea...) or manual activities (gardening, cleaning, DIY...).
- Wear it in the shower or bath.
We recommend you to avoid exposing your jewelry to:
- Corrosive products or chemicals present in cleaning products or cosmetics (cleaners, perfumes, creams...).
To avoid damaging your charm, it is essential not to try to adjust it or modify its shape.
The patina may fade over time, it is a normal result of natural wear and will depend on the care you give to your piece.
You can clean your charm by rubbing it with a soft cloth.

Orders are prepared upon receipt of payment, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00. Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared on the next working day. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return. To start the return process, please contact us at contact@guanabana.es indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will give you instructions on how to proceed. Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and with their original packaging. Once we receive and verify the condition of the items, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
