SHIPMENTS Orders are prepared upon receipt of payment, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00. Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared on the next working day. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request a return. To start the return process, please contact us at contact@guanabana.es indicating your order number and the reason for the return. We will give you instructions on how to proceed. Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, and with their original packaging. Once we receive and verify the condition of the items, we will issue a refund using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
